My Little Table – Great Kids Present Ideas and a Pop Up Shop in Dee Why

Right then, the Christmas presents for my little nephews aged three and five are all sorted, and little gifts for my twins are looking good too. Thank you My Little Table.

Amanda, who runs this high quality, online kids’ gift store, invited myself and some other blogger pals to visit her in the pop up gift shop in Dee Why she has running in November.

I jumped at the chance as I was pretty sure I’d find some good stuff for the little kids, and I’ll do anything to avoid the big shopping centres… and the crappola plastic toys that so many places offer.

Amanda is a primary school teacher and a mum of a boy and girl aged two and five.

Amanda is a passionate proponent of the benefits of play, for the kids and for we parents too.  She started her online store a year ago, inspired first by how well the little table cloths she used to sew were received.

‘If you put a table cloth down, children will come to play.’

I love the gift packs that Amanda has put together. I bought the girls stocking filler gift pack in the photo at the top of this post; such pretty things.

Amanda has a really excellent range of toys and gifts for children aged from 0 – 10 years.  There are lots of crafty gifts and ideas and I have some items that I know will keep my little girl and I happily playing for ages

My Little Table Pop up shop in Dee Why

Amanda is running a pop up shop throughout November, in Dee Why.

It’s not just a shop, more of an experience. ‘

Check her website here for the address and all the details.  Here’s the calendar of events.

Amanda has pretty gifts for teachers too. And as a teacher herself, she’ll give you great advice on the dos and
don’t of gifts for teachers.

Of the things I bought, these moustaches are my favourite. I know the kids are going to LOVE waking up and finding these on Christmas morning.

Thanks Amanda for inviting me over to see the shop and for your gifts to me. I really enjoyed the visit and am glad to have bought some lovely gifts for my nephews and my own kids too.

So that’s me sorted at least for a few fun presents for the little kids.

My husband and Teen14 are definitely the hardest to find presents for. My sisters and Mum are the easiest, and Teen 16 who always has a LONG list of stuff he can’t live without.

 How’s your Christmas shopping going?

Is it a love/hate thing for you as it is for me?
