Dr Amanda Sainsbury Salis – New Workshops On 'The Don't Go Hungry Diet'

Just a quick note about some upcoming workshops being run by Dr Amanda Sainsbury Salis.
If you’ve ever struggled with weight, healthy eating and fitness, this is one Sydney mum you need to get to know.
Dr Amanda is an obesity researcher. She’s a rare scientist in that she understand the importance of mixing the facts with powerful real life stories.
Dr Amanda has lost 27kg and kept them off for many years, and she works an a scientific researcher. In short, she knows what she is talking about, she’s done the hard hards herself and she can communicate, and inspire, very well. She’s the real deal.
Her two books:’ The Don’t Go Hungry Diet’ and ‘Don’t Go Hungry For Life’ have made a big and very positive impression on me. Her information about what our bodies want and need, especially about what she explains as the Fat Brake and Famine Reaction, really helped me to change my eating habits for the better.
A few years ago, I went to a workshop run by Dr Amanda which I really enjoyed. She’s now putting on more workshops in Perth and Sydney in October and in Melbourne in November.

Just for today, I’m in a good place with food and weight.
Thanks in large part to Dr Amanda.
Thank you!
Here’s to enjoyable food that feeds the body and mind well.
And to scientists with a story to tell and the skill to do so well.

This is So not a sponsored post! I bought the books a long time ago and paid joyfully for that workshop. It’s good to rave about the stuff that really helps and makes a difference in our lives.
