It's The Last Day of This Sydney Summer

Well, today is the last day of summer… and I’m devastated.

The weather may be a bit hot for comfort just at the moment. It’s certainly not ideal for my Scottish Mum and Aunty who are staying.

But still, our family is more for heat than cold, and more for summer than winter.

And now the slippery slide begins. Autumn and then winter, and chilly dips in the ocean for us. Boo hoo!

At least we’re squeezing an extra day out of summer as it’s a leap year.
