My Home in Northside Magazine – Come In And Have A Look Around

It’s always weird to be on the ‘wrong’ side of the camera lens. So when Northside Magazine called up to ask if they could do a story, it was a relief to hear that the topic was ‘My Home.’

Sudden urge to run around with a vacuum cleaner.

My house doesn’t have any design style, I think casual clutter sums it up. But I love my post-reno home passionately. It’s so practical for our family and so many of the bits and pieces we have around the place are FULL of meaning and emotion.

I think Vanessa, the journalist, got a really good handle on that.

If you’d like a nosy around my house, just click on the photos to make them pop up into full size.

Or just pop round for a cuppa one day.

I wonder what my hubby will think about the house being in a magazine? He’s still away and I never told him about it.

He’d have been delighted by how tidy it was when the writer and photographer came over!
