Orange Adventure Playground – great for families!

Here’s a playground not to miss when you visit Orange in NSW’s Central West with kids.
It’s Orange Adventure Playground, one of NSW’s finest. The playground is close to the Botanic Gardens, and even closer to the Patmos Garden Cafe.
Rather than describe every feature, I’ve made a little video. It’s less than 2 minutes long and you’ll see all the great features.
Orange Adventure Playground – the details
Parking: is easy as there’s a free carpark right beside the playground
Fenced: not entirely although it does feel enclosed
Bike track: yes, good for small bikes, trikes and scooters
Shade: Plenty
BBQs: yes and large covered seating areas
Cafe: Patmos Garden Cafe is beside the playground, but not within site.
We’ve been coming and going a fair bit from Orange this year but never staying long enough.
Fingers crossed we can spend a bit longer in this beautiful region and bring some more stories to the blog.
