Sydney Photo Friday – The Bold and The Beautiful + Me

Ah, Manly Beach, you always make me feel so free.

I wasn’t able to get to Manly early enough to join The Bold and The Beautiful swimmers, but I did catch a photo as dozens of them came ashore at the end of their swim.

One day I will get there and join in.

But instead, I did go for a swim, with my snorkel and flippers on. All the way from the beach here at Manly, to Shelly Beach, and back.

The water was freezing!! I stayed in too long and was deeply chilled when I got out.

Amazing sea life, so many fish, and a HUGE blue grouper.

I think I have been inspired by the visit to Manly SEA LIFE Sanctuary.

Think I need to add a wetsuit to my snorkelling equipment!
