The 50 Best Playgrounds in Sydney

Playgrounds Deluxe, don’t you love them! These are the best playgrounds in Sydney… at least the best that we’ve found so far!  I hope you enjoy  browsing through them.

There can’t be a better city in the world for the variety and quality of its children’s playgrounds.

With three boys and a girl, all lively kids and two with ADHD diagnoses, I am not kidding when I say that Sydney’s playgrounds saved my sanity.

Click on the titles to read the full text of the post, with all the details you need to plan a visit, plus more photos.

NB I have also a post called Sydney’s Best Playgrounds Listed By Suburb – it lists playgrounds we’ve been to plus others that have been recommended.

I have divided the playgrounds into areas. You can click on the name below to go straight to the area you’re interested in.

  • City + East
  • North
  • Inner West
  • West
  • South

Please forgive me some of the dreadful photos with hideous watermarks. The more photography I do, the worse they look. I WILL one day get around to take better photos.

I do have some other posts listing playgrounds by attribute, you can check out:
